Projects

Research in the Communicating Networked Control Systems Center is organized around seven major research thrusts:

  • Coding and modulation for feedback control
  • QoS measures for real-time systems
  • Network channel access control and transmission control
  • The controlled formation of ad hoc device networks
  • Distributed control of sensor fields
  • Uncertainty management
  • Distributed and asynchronous control under communication constraints

These themes are described in the Kickoff Overview, and recent results are contained in our most recent Annual Report.
